Step 1! Move on
Make today a day to move forward. Start a habit that each day you move forward toward the “thing” you need to move forward on. Don’t let a day go by without moving the needle in some capacity. A little bit everyday adds up to a lot before you know it.
Also let go of what you need to let go of. Moving on also means you may need to change some associations, forgive someone, or simply changing a habit of some sort. Just don’t let 2018 go by and you look at yourself saying I haven’t moved the needle.
